I was born and raised in Twin Falls, ID. However, having spent most of my summers in the Yellowstone area, I've always known I belong in the mountains.
I graduated from University of Idaho in 2012 with degrees in secondary education and creative writing. Currently, I am in the process of finishing a masters degree in Composition and Rhetoric from Idaho State University. Through my teaching experiences over the last several years on both the collegiate and secondary levels, I have developed a passion for helping struggling writers find their voice and the necessary skills to tackle academic writing with confidence.

During this stretch of online learning, Cascade High School's ELA will be operating via Google Classroom. For students without internet, arrangements can be made for weekly pick-ups and drop-offs of hard copy materials.
Please contact me if any questions arise. As time goes on and work comes in, there will likely be designated times for specified workshops via Google Hangouts. I will keep you all posted on such developments.
